<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the length of a fixing bolt and correct the dimensional error of a track side easily. SOLUTION: A 1st hole 14a which is opened on the side opposite to a track 11 side, and a 2nd hole 14b which is opened on the track 11 side, is formed coaxially and continuous with the 1st hole 14a, and has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the 1st hole 14a, are provided in a metal bush 14 integrally formed with an insulator 13. A correction member 16 which can be pressed against the track 11 is screwed onto the outer circumference of the track 11 side of the bush 14. A bonding means 19 which is screwed into the track 11 through the 2nd hole 14b is pressed against the bush 14 in the 1st hole 14a, and presses the bush 14 against the track 11 through the correction member 16 to attach a ground coil unit 15 to the track 11.</p> |
