摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an interference fringe pattern from occurring on the image even in the case of using coherent light as exposing light by forming an anodic oxide film on the surface of base substance made of aluminum-based alloy and further performing dry blast processing to the surface. SOLUTION: After the anodic oxide film is formed on the surface of the base substance 1 made of the aluminum-based alloy and further the substance 1 is attached to a rotary supporting body 4, the dry blast processing is performed to the surface of the anodic oxide film while the substance 1 is rotated centering a cylinder shaft. It is suitable to use particles whose average particle size is <=15μm as grinding and sweeping material in the dry blast processing, and also suitable to use alumina and SiC as the material thereof. The surface of the supporting body for a photoreceptor is made a rough surface by the dry blast processing, so that light scattering property is imparted to the surface. Therefore, interference caused between light made incident on the photoreceptor and multiple reflected light on the surface of the supporting body is restrained, whereby the interference fringe pattern does not occur on the image. In such a case, it is desirable that the cycle of ruggedness is repeated on the surface of the base substance in a state where maximum height Rmax is <=2μm and its interval is equal in one direction.
