PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate the execution of a reproduction test by always sampling and storing the operating state signal sent from a machine and the control signal outputted from a controller in response to the operation/stop state of the machine. SOLUTION: When the abnormal value is decided for the data which are stored in a memory 2, the value of an internal data pointer of a main body part 1 is also stored in the memory 2. The data stored in the memory 2 are not erased, and the data which show again the operating state of a machine 7 and the control signal of a controller 6 sent to the machine 7 are sampled and inputted via a signal input port 5. The internal signal of the controller 6 is sampled and inputted via a 1st communication part 3 and the obtained data are additionally stored in the memory 2. When the abnormality occurs, the data of a designated number are successively additionally stored. Then these storage contents are transferred to a personal computer 8 serving as a data processor which performs the analysis of data etc. |
