PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a scintillation monitoring apparatus by which a signal is received with high reliability and with high accuracy, by judging whether a scintillation caused by an ionospheric layer is generated or not. SOLUTION: In a monitoring apparatus, a global positioning system(GPS) signal is received by a GPS receiver 10, the reception power intensity of the GPG signal is judged by a scintillation judgment part 13, the generation of a scintillation is judged when the reception power intensity is judged to he reduced, its generation area is specified, and its judged result is displayed on a display part 14. |
