PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the generated power speedily and reduce the power received from a commercial power system, by limiting the target value for generated power of an output signal from an adder-subtractor, amplifying an error between the target value for the generated power and a detected value, and converting it to a rotating speed command signal for a governer. SOLUTION: The target value for received power is constant and generated power does not change suddenly. Therefore, if the received power decreases, a generated power control deviation (Δp) becomes negative. Then, an amplifier 37 continues to amplify Δp until the value of the received power is the same as the target value. After the value of the received power becomes the same as the target value, that value is kept as it is, thereby controlling the received power and keeping it at the target value. A rotation command value for a groverner 4 is given in an analog signal by a rotating speed command converter 39. The rotation command value for the govener 4 is PI-controlled. By this method, the rotation command value for the govener 4 can be changed rapidly and thereby the power is controlled rapidly and finally the received power can be recovered to the set value immediately. |
