PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solventless setting compsn. forming a coating which exhibits nonstickiness and is excellent in surface smoothness even in the unset state. SOLUTION: A photosetting powdery compsn. (I) obtd. by comminuting a mixture contg. a compd. (a) contg. two or more photoactive groups and a photoinitiator (b) which activates the photoactive groups as essential components and having >=40 deg.C melting temp., a thermosetting start temp. above the melting temp. by >=20 deg.C and <=50μm particle diameter is prepd. and a compd. (II) contg. two or more photopolymerizable groups which can be activated by the photoinitiator (b) and having a liq. state at ordinary temp. is incorporated into the compsn. (I) by 10-80 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt., in total, of the components (a) and (b).
