PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily predict a billed amount from a service server next month. SOLUTION: A reception section 11 receives a message from a radio channel. A control section 13 increments a count of a count area 124, by one when no serial number is included in the received message and obtains a difference between the serial number of the received message this time and the serial number of the message received precedingly and adds the difference to the count. Then the control section 13 allows a display section 15 to display the count and compares the count with a count stored in a charging start call number storage area 123 and allows the display section 15 to display the start of charging when the count value is larger than the charging start call number.
