PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a photoconductor and an image forming device. SOLUTION: In this image forming device, a plurality of color developing biases 3, 4, 5, 6 are placed around a photoconductor 2, and toner images formed on the photoconductor 2 are sequentially laid on an intermediate transfer medium 13 rotating in a certain direction, to effect the primary transfer of the toner images. Thereafter, secondary transfer of the color toner images on the intermediate transfer medium 13 onto a transfer medium 26 is effected. The peripheral length of the photoconductor 2 is a non-integer times the peripheral length of the intermediate transfer medium 13. |
