PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to eliminate jitters from a multiplied signal transmitted on an asynchronous channel by adding a marker which indicates a relative position of each packet in relation to the time to each packet of a digital signal, emitting each packet when the marker reaches a prescribed value and outputting the digital signal. SOLUTION: A marker which indicates a relative position of each packet in relation to the time is added to each packet of a digital signal, each packet is emitted when the marker reaches a prescribed value and outputs a digital signal. In a queue allocation part 20 of a timing recovery part, when, for example, a reception signal 13 includes three video signals, three queue marker parameters are stored in a queue marker generation part 30. Further, three increment parameters are stored in an increment generation part 31, the three increment rate parameters are stored in an increment rate generation part 32, and three packet count parameters are stored in a packet count generation part 33. These parameters are used for eliminating jitters from the reception signal 13. |
