BANKBOOK ISSUING SYSTEM AND BANKBOOK WITH ILLEGAL USE COUNTER MEASURES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent others from obtaining the imprint of a registered seal on a bankbook and to prevent troubles caused by that the imprint is forged by recording the read data of the imprint on a stamp data base and also printing only a part of the imprint in a registered seal field of the bankbook. SOLUTION: An image reader 2 such as an image scanner reads the imprint 1a of a registered seal. An image processor 3a converts the imprint 1a of the registered seal into electronic data and stores it a stamp data base 4. A printer 5a prints a part of the imprint electronic data or a deformed imprint on a prescribed place (registered seal field) of a bankbook and the bankbook is issued. The imprint of the registered seal is stored in the database 4 and it is connected to a terminal of an image processor 3b at each branch office by communication so that the registered imprint can be shown.
