PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a received light quantity for each color of light corresponding to the change of the magnification of an optical system. SOLUTION: The width and position of a slit 46 are fixed. For CCD elements for the respective colors of RGB, the CCD element for the color G or the CCD element for the color B is clamped by the CCD elements for the other two colors and they are arrayed along a direction corresponding to the slit width direction. A lens 601 and a CCD sensor 602 are provided movably in the direction (direction along (x) direction) to be attached and detached to/from the slit on an optical path and movably in the array direction (direction along (z) direction) of the CCD elements for the respective colors and the received light quantity of the CCD elements is made adjustable for the respective CCD elements corresponding to the respective colors. Especially, it is preferable to perform adjustment so as to optimize the received light quantity of red light to be easily visually recognized. |
