The comb has teeth (3) and the peripheral surface of each tooth is roughened. The distance between two adjoining teeth is 50-100 micron. Each tooth has an overall length of 40-80 mm and a useful length outside the handle (2) of 20-60 mm. The comb is preferably made from steel. The teeth have a cylindrical shape with a diameter of at least 1 mm. Each tooth can be set slightly staggered relative to its neighbouring tooth so that the useful ends produce a curved edge (6).
