PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method capable of surely starting an arc from an upper layer oil protrusion, and a bonding method capable of improving the fatigue resisting strength of a bonding part. SOLUTION: A lower layer oil conductor and an upper layer coil conductor which are build in an armature core are arranged with both protrusions 4c, 5c facing opposite each other in the radial direction. For both the protrusions 4c, 5c prior to bonding, a protruding part 5d formed on the internal diameter surface of the upper layer coil protrusion 5c abuts against the external diameter surface of the lower layer coil protrusion 4c. In the axial direction end portion, the internal diameter surface of the upper layer coil protrusion 5c and the external diameter surface of the lower layer coil protrusion 4c face each other having a gap. In this state, a welding torch 45 is arranged in the vicinity on the axial direction end surface of the upper layer oil protrusion 5c. An arc is started from the upper layer coil protrusion 5c side. After that, an electrode rod 45a is made to vibrate between the upper layer coil protrusion 5c and the lower layer coil protrusion 4c, at a constant speed and with a specified swing width, thereby bonding both the protrusions 4c, 5c. |
