PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information temporary holding device which can temporarily hold much information with a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: A selection circuit SEL selects the output of an S/P conversion circuit converting serial information into parallel information of four bits, which is a necessary minimum, or the output of a latch circuit LA. The respective outputs of a selection circuit SEL are supplied to one terminal of an AND gate AND. When the AND gate AND reads temporary holding information from RAM, it writes '0' into RAM and it clears RAM. The output of the AND gate AND is supplied to RAM through a three state buffer BUR. RAM is a memory for temporarily holding data and a latch circuit LA latches information which is read from RAM and is temporally held. Parallel information output of the latch circuit LA is supplied to a P/S conversion circuit converting four bit parallel informant into one bit serial information and outputting it. |
