<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact scanner capable of using a grid pad in which a grid is simply printed and formed on an appropriate sheet by using an appropriate printing material without necessity to especially select any plate as the grid pad and necessity to select any special printing material for forming the grid pattern. SOLUTION: The longitudinal arranging interval of two photodetectors forming a detection part 11 for longitudinal move detection is set to a 1/4 grid pitch or grid pitch×(n+1/4), the lateral arranging interval is set to a grid pitch or grid pitch×n, the lateral arranging interval of two photodetectors forming a detection part 12 for lateral move detection is set to the 1/4 grid pitch or grid pitch×(n+1/4) and the longitudinal interval is set to the grid pitch and grid pitch×n.</p> |
