<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To do so that it is not deformed at the time of molding and a voltage withstanding is obtained in a transformer by providing a connection at the top end to connect a coil and surface reformed part near the connection. SOLUTION: A plurality of hoop terminals 1 are molded in one body with specified spacings so as to form pairs from both ends of a plate-like frame 7 to the center. The center top end thereof has a connection 8 to which an air-core coil 2 and Cu foil 3 are connected. A surface modified part 9 is provided near the connection 8 by a physical method such as grid blast for blasting rough metal grains, sand or abrasives or chemical method using chemicals such as org. compds. To make solder hard to flow on the terminal surface, the method of forming an oxide film is preferable. Using this hoop terminal 1, a transformer is assembled.</p> |
