PURPOSE:To enhance heat efficiency by reducing heat loss, by thermally insulating the main body of a cylinder by providing a vacuum space part to the outer periphery of said main body. CONSTITUTION:A space part 15 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the heating part of a cylinder main body 1 and the inner peripheral surface of an outer cylinder in a hermetically closed state and evacuated by a vacuum pump through a valve 16. A reflective surface 12 is provided to the outer cylinder 11 so as to cover the inner peripheral surface thereof by plating and inlaid by the inlay part 14 of an attachment body mounted to an inlaid part at one end thereof and mounted to the leading end of the cylinder main body 1 at the other end thereof. |
