摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for a high frequency which uses dielectric material having a desired high frequency characteristic of a dielectric substrate while constructing an electronic circuit for a high frequency with a fine wiring conductor layer, that is subjected to orientation growth or single-crystal growth on a single-crystal dielectric substrate, also efficiently radiates exoergic from the wiring conductor layer and obtains stable electrical characteristics. SOLUTION: A 1st single-crystal dielectric substrate 12, to which a 1st distribution conductor layer 14 constructing an electronic circuit for a high frequency is adhered and formed on its bottom plane is attached to the top plane of a dielectric supporting substrate 11 and a 2nd single-crystal dielectric substrate 13, to which a 1st ground conductor layer 16 is adhered and formed on its top plane is attached to a position on the bottom plane of the substrate 11 that is opposite to the substrate 12. Also the 1st distribution conductor layer 14 is electrically connected to a 2nd distribution conductor layer 15, which is adhered to and formed on the top plane of the substrate 11 and further the 1st ground conductor layer 16 is electrically connected to a 2nd ground conductor layer 17, which is adhered to and formed on the bottom plane of the substrate 11. Thus, an electronic circuit for a high frequency which has a satisfactory high frequency characteristic can be constructed and it has an excellent thermal radiation property.
