PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the local heating of a material to be baked by making the temperature distribution of a furnace uniform. SOLUTION: A regenerative burner is disposed on the furnace wall 10 of a ceramic kiln to alternately repeat combustion and exhaust. A gas nozzle 2 is divided into two or more relative to one air passage 1 having a heat storage body 3 so that a flame does not reach an opposed wall. Thus, the end of the flame is prevented from coming into contact with a material W to be baked. The air passage 1 is provided below or sideward of the gas nozzle 2. Thus, even when air for combustion sinks downward, it does not intersect the flow of main gas. |
