PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device with high dustproof performance. SOLUTION: In the optical disk device provided with a support base 4 supporting a rotating optical disk 2, a slit 5 provided on the support base 4 along the radial direction of an optical disk 2 and a pickup unit moving along the slit 5 and reading out the data recorded on the optical disk 2 through the slit 5, the support base 4 is provided with a step on the front side of the slit 5 for the rotational direction of the optical disk 2. |
