PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ventilation in left/right and up/down directions and to improve a heat efficiency on baking by providing a means for mutual deviation when a ventilation shelf and a spacer are provided and a baking tool is piled up in many stages on the spacer. SOLUTION: A rack consists of square rod-shaped spacers 2 and 2A and a ventilation shelf 3 that is made of a plurality of rods, and one projection 4, one recessed part, two projections 6, and two recessed parts are provided at the center of the upper surface of the spacer 2 at both the ends, at the center of the lower surface, on the upper surface of the central spacer 2A, and on the lower surface, respectively. When the rack is piled up in a plurality of stages and is introduced into a baking furnace, the projections 4 and 6 of the spacers 2 and 2A of racks 1 at an upper stage are engaged to the recessed parts of the spacers 2 and 2A of the rack 1 at an upper stage, and the move of the racks 1 being piled up in vertical, horizontal, and rotary directions is prevented, thus preventing the racks 1 from deviating and collapsing, thus securing ventilation in left/right and up/down directions and improving heat efficiency on baking. |
