SOLUTION: A center control device 32 compares user intention information, authentication information obtained from an entry s1 via an information combining filter 31 with user specific information registered in advance in a specific DB 6 and an electronic program guide obtained from an electronic program guide database EPG-DB section 2 at an information comparison filter 32-1. When the user authentication information is obtained from the specific DB 6, the control device 32 can revise viewer limit information such as release or re-setting in a viewer limit DB 7 based on intention information entered by the user and displays its contents on a screen of an EPG display section 5. |
