PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately carry out dispensation by adjusting the internal pressure of a dispensing system after detecting a liquid level to the atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: After detecting the liquid level, a pump driving mechanism 17 is actuated by an adjustment part 15 for adjusting the internal pressure of the dispensing system to push out a pump, so as to return the pump to a starting point and push out air from the tip end of a chip. Air for pushing out a remaining sample and atmospheric pressure conversion air for adjusting the internal pressure of the dispensation system to the atmospheric pressure are sucked from the tip end of the chip by actuating the pump. Subsequently, while the pump is pushed out, the internal pressure of the dispensing system is checked by a measurement part 9 for measuring the internal pressure of the dispensing system, and the pump is stopped, when the internal pressure of the dispensing system becomes the atmospheric pressure. Then suction of the sample is started from this state. |
