PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely set voltage to be clamped and to make a clamping circuit extremely advantageous in practical use by inversely constituting one or plural diodes between a signal line and a ground line. SOLUTION: The cathode of a diode 1 is connected to a signal line 3, an anode of the diode 1 is connected to the anode of a diode 2 and a resistance 5, the cathode of the diode 2 is connected to a ground line 4 and the opposite side to the diode of the resistance 5 is connected to a power supply line 6. The clamping circuit is made to absorb voltage drop in the forward direction of the diode 1 by the voltage in the forward direction of the diode 2 by connecting the clamping circuit with the power supply line 6 at the anode sides of each of the diode 1 and the diode 2 via the resistance 5. In addition, when plural diodes are connected in the same direction as that of the diode 1, Vdeff in the negative direction can be made large, when plural diodes are connected in the same direction as that of the diode 2, Vdeoff in the positive direction is made large, and thus clamping voltage is set freely. |
