SOLUTION: A transmitting/receiving device is provided with a bifurcation light conducting path 22 having a first branch light conducting path 22b and a second branch light conducting path 22c from a main line light conducting path 22a, an emitting semiconductor device 24 provided on the first branch light conducting path 22b and a receiving semiconductor device 29 disposed on the second branch light conducting path 22c. In this case, the receiving semiconductor device 29 has a variable wavelength filter 30 having a grating and a first receiving device 32 for receiving light reflected from the variable wavelength filter 30.
