PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a control pressure region (dynamic range) of a pilot- operated pressure control valve. SOLUTION: An expression of (So<Sp) is established by making an area So of a back pressure receiving part 153 smaller than an area Sp of a control pressure receiving part 142. Consequently, it is possible to extend a control pressure region of a control valve as it is clear from Po=(Sp/So)×Pp-Fs/So. Incidentally, Po stands for control pressure (pressure of outflow port 112), Sp stands for the area of the control pressure receiving part 142, Pp stands for pressure in the inside of a pilot control chamber 141, So stands for the area of the back pressure receiving part 153 and Fs stands for elastic force of a coil spring 151.
