At one end of the tube (15) is formed a tissue separation device (16), which is movable along the guide rod translatorily and/or under rotation. The guide rod (11) is produced from a pliable, shape-stable material or material compound, particularly plastic, metal or fibre compound. The guide rod at one end is rounded, particularly by the formation of a ball or a dome (13). The tube is formed as a flexible hose, which at one end terminates as the tissue separation device formed as a hollow blade or rotation scalpel. The tissue separation device can be formed out of two superimposed rotation scalpels, which are drivable to rotate and/or oscillate in the same or opposite direction.
