A change gear comprising an engine (1) for generating vehicle driving energy, planetary gears (4, 6) comprising sun gears, planetary and ring gears, motors (8, 9) for controlling the sun gears, and a clutch (14), the planetary gears being connected to an input shaft driven by the engine, the ring gears being connected to an output shaft driving wheels, gear ratios of from input to output of the planetary gears (4, 6) being set to different levels, a non-stage speed changing function capable of driving a vehicle in a region in which the efficiency of an engine is high while minimizing an electric energy loss being attained by this change gear formed of miniaturized motors, a vehicle capable of being driven in a region in which the efficiency of an engine is high while minimizing an electric energy loss being provided.
