A slatwall panel assembly adapted for display of devices requiring connection to service lines, such as electric cables or pressure fluid pipelines, has a panel with channels of re-entrant cross section on the front face of the panel, and a service line for connection to a device on display is led along a channel within a groove at the side of the channel so as to be hidden from view. Mounting members for supporting articles on the panel are arranged so that they do not block the channel grooves to passage of the service lines. As a separate aspect, there is described a slatwall panel installation in which a panel with channels of re-entrant cross section shape is mounted with the channel extending across the panel from top to bottom.
