A CPU is provided with sensor which actuates bypass pipe switches (70,71,50) connecting the exhaust pipe (12) of the engine (10) and inlet side of low pressure turbine (31). The variable partial flows of entire exhaust mass flow are distributed to high and low pressure turbines (21,31), fresh air side of engine, for optimizing operation of engine. The engine has low pressure stage (30) arranged below high pressure stage (20). The pipes (60,61,63) connects the inlet side of turbine (21) and exhaust pipe (12), turbine (31) to outlet side of turbine (21). The turbine (21) is always flowed with minimum exhaust mass flow so as to circulate continuously. |
