A dual cylinder manifold comprising a flexible, high pressure hose member (10) connected between a first (8; 56) and a second interconnector (9; 66) that funnels pressurized air from two cylinders (2, 3; 50, 51) containing pressurized air to a single regulator. In operation, the first interconnector (8; 56) is attached to a first cylinder valve (2; 50), the second interconnector (9; 66) to the second cylinder valve (3; 51), and a regulator attached to the second interconnector. The hose member (10) may be removably connected to the interconnectors (8, 9; 56, 66) so that it can be replaced with another hose member if desired. The manifold may also include valve connectors (62, 72; 13, 14; 15, 16; 45, 46) attached to the interconnectors (8, 9; 56, 66) for connecting to the cylinder valves (2, 3; 50, 51), a valve adaptor (6 is one example) for adapting the second interconnector (9) to receive a regulator of differing connecting design where necessary, a valve connector (such as 15, 16 or 45) for making the intended regulator compatible with the second interconnector (9), or combinations thereof. The manifold may also be provided as a kit (Figs. 13 and 14) having removable or interchangeable components for constructing a several possible manifolds, each connectable to differing dual tank systems.
