The computer includes an output unit (3) for outputting data corresponding to radiation exposure. The data are stored onto a person-specific storage medium (4). Preferably, the data may comprise the number of radiation exposures, radiation doses, radiation type, body part, recording format, data of radiation, apparatus specific data, diagnosis, therapy plan, data of hospital, surgery and doctor. An input unit (2) is provided for entering the data corresponding to the radiation exposure. A connection is provided to the radiation apparatus for transmitting the data and for automatic or selective storage of the data on the medium.
