PURPOSE:To obtain an immunological diagnostic reagent having storage stability, by compounding calcium bromide in a monomer mixture consisting of a fluoroalkyl acrylate derivative, an acrylic acid derivative and a polyfunctional internal crosslinking monomer. CONSTITUTION:A mixture, with consists of 60-99.8wt% of a fluoroalkyl acrylate derivative regresented by formula I [wherein R<1> is H or a lower alkyl group, R<2> is a group represented by formula II, herein, (m) is an integer of 0-12, x+y=m-1 and R<3> is H or an acetyl group. A is respectively independently H, F or CF3 and (n) is integer of 0-12], 0.1-20wt% of an acrylic acid derivative represented by formula (wherein R<4> is H, a lower alkyl or a carboxyl group and R<5> is H or a lower alkyl group) and 0.1-20wt% of a polyfunctional internal crosslinking monomer, is stably subjected to emulsion copolymerization and, further, calcium bromide is compounded as an additive. |
