PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off electromagnetic waves and infrared rays and maintain a high visible light transmissivity by providing a multilayer body of a dielectric layer and Ag-based layer having an emission electromagnetic wave shield and near-infrared transmissivity functions due to a plasma discharge under specified conditions. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shield film 2 is a 7-layer body composed of dielectric layers having a refractive index of 1.6-2.8 at 550 nm and Ag-based layers alternately formed, the Ag-based layer contains Pd 0.1-0.5 atm.% to Ag., the thickness thereof is 5-25 nm, and the sheet resistance of the electromagnetic wave shield film is 3 Ω/square or less, and the infrared transmissivity is below 20%. The electromagnetic wave shield film 2 on the surface of a transparent substrate 1 is adhered through a resin film 4 to protect the film from the open air, and an Ag paste-made bus bar 8 for leading the ground is provided so as to insert a part thereof between the surface of the transparent substrate and electromagnetic wave shield film 2 at the periphery of the transparent substrate 1. |
