PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a circuit board which facilitates operation for connecting the circuit board and secures a stable state of connection, and further enables thine a housing with the circuit board fixed therein. SOLUTION: A contact land 13 is provided at a first circuit board 10 side. An opposed contact connector 30 is provided at a second circuit board 20 side. The opposed contact connector 30 has an electrode portion 31 and a resin outer portion 32 molded on the electrode portion 31 and the outer regions of the electrode portion 31. The electrode portion 31 comprises a fixed terminal portion 33 which is connected with the circuit of the second circuit board 20 and fixed to one side of the second circuit board 20, a contact terminal portion 34 which is held in the fixed terminal portion 33 at the opposed surface side of the resin outer portion 32 opposite to the one side of the second circuit board 20 and at one side of the second circuit board 20 so as to move to and from in the direction from the opposed surface side of the resin outer portion 32 to the other side of the second circuit board 20, and an elastic member 44 which is held in the fixed terminal portion 33 so as to bounce the contact terminal portion 34 in the direction of protrusion. |
