<p>The invention concerns a mechanical separator for capturing particles contained in stack effluents having a size of the order of one micrometer or less, comprising at least one discharge channel (1), in turbulent state, for the effluents, preferably several parallel channels, formed in a porous structure (2) having surfaces for capturing the particles. The separator is characterised in that it further comprises an assembly of small elements (3) formed with extra-fine fibres, said elements being integral both with one another and with the surface of said particle-collecting surfaces.</p> |
