The hand pump has a one-piece flexible yet longitudinally stiff conducting element (3). This is an elastic tube with dual-sided longitudinal stiffeners of aramide fibers or steel cable that are connected to the tube during extrusion or separately coated with plastics and combined with the tube, preferably by welding. The tube contains a pulling cable (12). There are a connection fitting, pulley (15), drive lever ratio adjuster, pump stand (1), collection container, etc.
