A water-soluble detergent which is free form carcinomatous substances and VOC-regulated substances and can wash away polyurethane remaining in a chamber of a low-pressure foaming machine. The water-soluble detergent is prepared by mixing under stirring or polymerizing 60 to 64 % of water, 23 to 28 % of an alcohol (ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol), and 13 to 15 % of a water-soluble surfactant (BDG or BG). |
