The Omega Disc 98 flying machine is fixed and stabilized by a multiple- redundant artificial flight attitude control system. The flying craft is controlled by two jet engines, small fins, and flaps, and control jets which are operated in the outer rotating ring by means of engine bleed air, thereby simplifying handling and enabling a better control, especially during long flights and at low level.
