摘要 There is an optical axis between an entry gap and a dispersive medium inclined with respect to the imaging device optical axis. The arrangement has an illumination and imaging arrangement, between which the specimen is arranged, and an optically dispersive device which the light from the imaging device enters to be directed onto a dispersive medium, pref. an imaging grid which passes it to an array of sensor elements in a photoreceiver (10). The optical axis (17) formed between the entry gap and dispersive medium is inclined with respect to the optical axis (8) of the imaging device at an angle differing from 180 degrees by +/- beta, whereby the intercept of the optical axes lies in the entry gap (6) and beta is chosen so that a beam of a selected wavelength is incident perpendicularly on the sensor's receiving surface.
