PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize best operation performance by providing a power transmis sion mechanism transmitting power via an action between transmission action elements and a transmission action reallocation mechanism reallocating a power transmission action to an output means, transferring it to the output means and transferring power to an external load. SOLUTION: A power transmission mechanism 110 is constituted of at least two power transmission elements: a first transmission action element 111 and a second transmission action element 112, and the first transmission action element 111 achieves a power transmission action by transferring power to the second transmission action element 112. The power received by the power transmission mechanism 110 from an external power source 181 is reallocated by a transmission action reallocation mechanism 120 and is transferred to an output means 132 and an external load 182. The operation range is limited to the best performance range, the output can be realized in the whole range of the output revolving speed, thus a good low-speed characteristic can be acquired. |
