PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide double cast-coated paper that has excellent gloss of the white paper on the cast-coated paper surface free from occurrence of blocking, when they are piled up. SOLUTION: The coating layers for casting that mainly comprises a pigment and an adhesive are formed on both faces to give the objective double cast- coated paper. Particularly, particles of polyolefin having an average particle size of >=0.3μm and a softening point of >=100 deg.C are formulated in the coated layer for cast in an amount of 1-20 wt.% based on the pigment in the coating layer on the solid basis.
