<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong life of the battery as much as possible, and allow the user to know the life of the battery by providing a first light-emitting means lighting circuit exclusively for lighting use and a second light-emitting means lighting circuit exclusively for blinking use and by selecting with a switching device either or both of these circuits. SOLUTION: An output from the power source battery 7 is input to a battery remaining amount detection unit 6 to judge the remaining amount in the battery 7. The detection unit 6 is connected to a switching device 5, to the downstream side thereof a lighting circuit 2 for a first light-emitting means 3 and a blinking circuit 4 for a second light-emitting means 4, separately. According to a connection switching signal from a detection unit 6, either of the two circuits is selected and current delivered from the upstream direction. If the remaining charge in the battery 7 gets low, current is shunted from the lighting circuit 2 to the blinking circuit 4 with a switching unit 5. The first light-emitting means 3 turns off and the second light-emitting means 4 starts blinking. With this, life of the battery is identified and the life of the battery 7 can be prolonged as much as possible while maintaining the visibility.</p> |
