PURPOSE:To provide the titled recording body which obviates fogging and has a good recording density and good quality by coating a coating mixture contg. a high-polymer electrolyte and material having penetration preventiveness on a base to make conductive the base and forming a dielectric layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:A penetration preventive agent is incorporated into the coating mixture contg. the high-polymer electrolyte in the stage of obtaining the conductive base by coating said coating mixture on the base and penetrating the mixture to the inside of the paper layer by a sizing press or impregnating machine. The example of the penetration preventive agent includes a satd. fatty acid emulsion, for example, caprylic acid, etc. and is adequately added at 0.5-5% based on the weight after drying to the high-polymer electrolyte after drying. A cationic high-polymer electrolyte, for example, polyvinyl benzyl, etc. are used for the high-polymer electrolyte which is the essential component for the coating mixture. The conductive coating mixture is preferably so coated as to have 0.5-5.0g/m<3> weight after drying. |
