发明名称 AUTOMATIC EJECTION METHOD FOR HEATING FURNACE IN HOT ROLLING
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To automatically eject the steel products to be hot rolled without bringing about an accident such as the collision of the steel products to be rolled against each other by adjusting the ejection time according to the fluctuation in the rolling time or conveying time of the preceeding steel product in the stage of ejecting the steel products to be not rolled from the heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:The steel products are heated to the rolling temp. in the heating furnace 8 and the surface scale formed during the heating is removed by a vertical scale breaker 9. After the steel products are roughly rolled by a roughing mill consisting of R1 stand - R5 stand, the steel products are rolled to sheet materials by a finishing mill 11 consisting of F1 stand - F7 stand. The sheet materials are coiled on a coiler 12. The rolling schecule calculation of the respective steel products to be rolled is made while the steel products exist in the heating furnace 8. The time since the point of the ejection time of the steel products till the point of the time when each installation and each pass are turned on or off is predicted and calculated and the ejection time of the materials is so determined as to avoid the interference of the proceeding steel products and the succeeding steel products. The actual values of the on and off time of the plural preceding steel products through each installation and each pass is used and the ejection time of the succeeding products to be ejected is corrected by the difference thereof from the predicted value in the stage of automatically ejecting the steel products from the heating furnace.</p>
