PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always achieve a stable image density and to form a clear image by a method wherein an angle between a direction perpendicular to a recording medium advancing direction and a direction of arrangement of toner passing holes is made to be a specific one and toner is supplied in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the arrangement of the toner-passing holes. SOLUTION: Opening sections such as 2a-1, 2a-2a..., 2a-2560 each serving as a gate 22 are provided at intervals of 1/300 inch in a direction perpendicular to a recording medium advancing direction. A flying control section having the gates 22 formed thereon is provided to be inclined at angleθ(θ≠0) with respect to a direction perpendicular to the recording medium advancing direction so that the direction of the arrangement of the gates 22 is inclined at the angleθ(θ≠0) with respect to the recording medium advancing direction. As toner is supplied so as to be perpendicular to the arrangement of the gates 22, then the maximum supplying performance of the gates is a multiplying value of 1/cosθso that the sufficient toner can be stably supplied to the gates 22 and a clear image not having image density variation along the recording medium advancing direction can be obtained. |
