PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wire from being broken, and improve the machining accuracy. SOLUTION: Working rollers 15-17 comprise a roller body 25, and a cylindrical resin layer 26 formed on an outer circumferential surface of the roller body 25. Annular grooves 15a, 16a, 17a to stretch a wire 18 therearound are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the resin layer 26. The resin layer 26 comprises a hard resin part 27 corresponding to a cutting area and a soft resin part 28 corresponding to a non-cutting area, and the material of the resin parts 27, 28 are different from each other. The wear of the annular grooves 15a-17a in the soft resin part 28 is suppressed thereby. |
