PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a canal wall by providing lubricity at least on a surface in a wet state, maximizing the lubricity at the tip part of a catheter and minimizing the lublicity at a base tip part so as to improve operability and anti-thromobotic property. SOLUTION: Lubricity is provided for at least a part of the surface of a catheter under a wet condition. Namely, lubricity is provided for at least a part with the anti-thromobotic property on an outer surface, desirably extending for longer than about 10% from a tip with respect to the full length of the catheter. The inner surface of the catheter does not have to be lubricative at the time of lubricating, but is desirably provided with anti-thromobotic property. Then, the lubricity is maximized at the tip part of the catheter and minimized at the base tip part. In addition, the degree of the lubricity desirably changes in the direction of length and the change can be continuous and stepwise change. Thus, damages of a canal wall can be prevented by this constitution. |
