<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the message preparing time by copying the already prepared message, adding the partial correction to the message and preparing the new message. CONSTITUTION:When the message is copied by a screen 3, the operation is shifted to a screen 4, and when the number of the message to be copied is inputted, the operation is shifted to a screen 5, and the already prepared message is displayed, and therefore, the message is partially corrected and the new message is prepared. Next, the operation is shifted to a screen 6, the number to register the new message prepared by the preceding process is inputted, displayed on a screen 7 and returned to the screen 3. Thereafter, the action is repeated, at a certain time, the message is prepared literally, at a certain time, the already prepared message is copied, corrected partially, the new message is prepared and all messages are prepared. Thus, the message having the same contents is easily prepared and the message preparing time can be decreased.</p> |
