PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can having a protective cover in which it has the protective cover capable of covering a drinking outlet of the can for beverage or the like and concurrently performing an easy opening of a pull-top by a slight force. SOLUTION: A top plate section 2 at the upper part of a can member 1 is provided with a pull-top structure in which a pull-top piece 4 for sealingly closing a drinking outlet 3 and a tab 5 for pushing this pull-top piece 4 to open the drinking outlet 3 are set at a top plate section 2 at the upper part. The upper part of the can member 1 is provided with a protective cover 6 which can be opened from the upper part of the can member 1. The protective cover 6 is comprised of at least a drinking port covering section 61 covering the drinking port 3, an outer periphery covering section 62 formed in continuous with the drinking port covering section 61 so as to cover an outer periphery of the upper part of the can member 1, and a tab section formed in continuous with an outer peripheral covering section 62 and having the tab for opening the drinking port 3 mounted thereon to form a part of the pull-top structure. |
